Rivet is Figaro's mechanical dog, created as a result of Figaro's fear of isolation. He has all of a puppy's energy – and most of a puppy's annoying habits. Rivet is a loyal, faithful companion and Figaro's best friend. He's also an invaluable aid in Figaro's adventures: Rivet has an unlimited supply of gadgets and tools that come out of his back. You could say Rivet is the dog version of a Swiss-Army knife.
